Estate Sale Prep
We support families through every stage of estate sale preparation: sorting and categorizing belongings, identifying items of value, staging for sale, coordinating with estate companies and appraisers, and managing donations and removal.

40% of gross sales
Reselling
I resell clients' valuable items worth more than $150 and coordinate pickup. I utilize platforms that are optimized for each item category on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and Poshmark.​
​
Commission for reselling & coordinating pickup is 50% per item. Client pockets 50% of the sale.

Moving
I have a team that supports clients through every stage of move preparation: decluttering before the boxes come out, organizing and packing room by room, labeling systems that make unpacking effortless, and coordinating donations and removal of items that won't make the journey.

Fees range from $400 - $2,000 depending on the home's square footage & amount of belongings.
Partial Staging
Before your home hits the market, I work alongside a trusted staging consultant to prepare your space for the eyes of potential buyers.
Through partial staging, intentional styling, and carefully sourced furnishings from a local vendor, we highlight your home's best features and create an environment that feels both aspirational and immediately livable.

Fees range from $800-$3,000 depending on the size of the client's home and staging needs.



Sorting Paperwork
I work with clients to sort, categorize, and file every document with a system built around their life, not a generic template. We sift through medical records, financial statements, legal documents, warranties, receipts, and everything in between. Nothing gets lost. Nothing gets overlooked. Everything finds a home.

$75/hr. thereafter
